

Lexus Corporate Run: Team Captain Central
TEAM CAPTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Form a team, recruit runners, and oversee team member registration.
- Plan and coordinate tent rental and on-site tent hospitality.
- Submit your company’s t-shirt for judging in T-shirt Contest.
- Secure and distribute race day materials and communications.
- Submit team scores for Industry Competition.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Entry fee is $55 per person with a minimum of 4 full-time employees.
- You must submit payment for all your race entries by the registration deadline.
- Team packets will not be released until all entry fees have been paid.
- All registrations fees are Non-Refundable.
- No race day entries will be accepted.
- If paid participant cannot attend, the team captain can transfer their bib to another employee in Captain Tools for a $10 fee.
- $10 lost bib fee.
- $65 late registration fee after deadline/sellout if bibs become available.
- All registration and product costs are subject to processing fees.
- $50 tent cancellation fee if canceled prior to deadline date, $100 if after deadline.
- Tents rented after the deadline or sellout incur a $100 upcharge if space becomes available.

- After your team is created, you will have access to Captain’s Tools. You can also access the Captain’s Tools page using the button below.
- Use the Captain's Tools page to customize and maintain your team page, communicate with your team members, print invoices, and more.
- Register yourself if you plan to run.
- Send your coworkers the link to your Team page and instruct them to register. Participants can also join your team by going to your city’s page and clicking on "View/Join a Team".
- Don't forget to invite and mark your CEO to enter them in the CEO Competition.
- Make note of the registration and payment deadlines for your city.
Each team must meet the minimum registration requirements: four men for a male team, four women for a female team, or two men and two women for a coed team.
