Corporate Run Team Captain Central
TEAM CAPTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Form a team, recruit runners, and oversee team member registration.
- Plan and coordinate tent rental and on-site tent hospitality.
- Submit your company’s t-shirt for judging in T-shirt Contest.
- Secure and distribute race day materials and communications.
- Submit team scores for Industry Competition.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Entry fee is $55* per person with a minimum of four employees per team.
- Payment for all race entries and products must be submitted by the registration deadline.
- Team packets will not be released until all entry fees have been paid.
- All registration fees are non-refundable.
- No race day entries will be accepted.
- All participants must be registered under their own name, and may not wear someone else's bib.
- If a paid participant cannot attend, the Team Captain can transfer their bib to another employee in the Captain's Dashboard' for a $10 fee.
- $10 lost bib fee, pending availability.
- $10 late registration fee, pending availability.
- Tent cancellations incur a $50 fee if cancelled before the deadline, $100 after deadline.
- Tents rented after the deadline/sellout will incur a $100 upcharge, pending availability.
- All registration and product costs are subject to processing fees.

- After your team is created, you will have access to Captain’s Tools. You can also access the Captain’s Dashboard page using the button below.
- Use the Captain's Dashboard page to customize and maintain your team page, communicate with your team members, print invoices, and more.
- Register yourself if you plan to run.
- Send your coworkers the link to your Team page and instruct them to register. Participants can also join your team by going to your city’s page and clicking on "View/Join a Team".
- Don't forget to invite and mark your CEO to enter them in the CEO Competition.
- Make note of the registration and payment deadlines for your city.
For scoring, each team must meet the minimum registration requirements: four men for a male team, four women for a female team, or two men and two women for a coed team.
