TeamFootWorks, producer of the Lexus Corporate Run events, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to fitness education through the production of events and educational materials. Its overall mission is to involve people in physical activity through education, excitement and fun. TeamFootWorks has organized and produced the Lexus Corporate Run for over 39 years, with one goal in mind: to promote lifelong fitness at all levels and encourage camaraderie in the workplace through healthy, happy employees. TeamFootWorks' races are renowned for their quality, which is why the Miami Corporate Run has become the largest 5K in Florida, and is ranked in the top five largest 5K races in the United States. Since its inception in 1985, the Lexus Corporate Run has grown to include over 38,000 participants through its series in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The 2019 Miami Corporate Run drew 26,698 participants! Laurie and the late Hans Huseby, who together have been producing running events in South Florida for the past 40+ years, provide encouragement and support to beginners and running elite alike with training and educational programs throughout the year.

TeamFootWorks hasn’t missed a step since Hans’ passing on Thanksgiving weekend in 2014. Through support from the community, their staff, and the Huseby family – their events and training programs continue to grow.
