Please read the rules and agree to them by checking the box below:
>> Registration closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, March 19th or when we reach 2,000 participants, whichever comes first.
>> Entry Fee is $55 per person, with a four employee minimum.
>> Teams must have at least four employees.
>> If your team does not meet the minimum four employee requirement one week prior to the deadline, or when the race reaches 90% capacity, your registration will be forfeited and entry fees will not be refunded. Additionally your tent purchase will be refunded minus the administration fee.
>> If you wish to cancel your Tent Rental before the deadline, there will be a $50 administrative fee that will be subtracted from the refund. After the deadline, the fee is $100.
>> If race numbers become available after the deadline or a sellout, teams will be allowed to add members for $65 each. No new teams accepted after the deadline or a sellout.
>> If paid participant cannot attend, the team captain can transfer their bib to another employee in Captain Tools for a $10 fee.
>> Lost race numbers are replaced for $10
