Lexus Corporate Run Participants FAQs

No. The Lexus Corporate Run is only to corporate teams and their employees. Teams must have a minimum of four full-time employees. Teams also have the option of inviting guests but they are ineligible for awards.

Absolutely. The Lexus Corporate Run is an event for all: racers, runners, and walkers alike.

Guests are allowed to participate only if your company has selected the option to allow guests. Guest registration is at the discretion of the Corporation and Team Captain. Guests are not eligible to win overall race or submit times for awards.

Individual packet pickup is not available. Team Packets are distributed by Team Captains. Please contact your team captain for more information.

For the safety of all participants, we highly discourage strollers on the race course as there are thousands of people participating in the event.

If you decide to bring a stroller, you must line up behind the walkers and your child must remain in the stroller at all times. Anyone that is on the race course without an official race bib will be asked to leave the premises immediately without completing the race.

No. For the safety of all participants and animals, non-service pets are not allowed.

Yes. All participants are required to display their Race Number. Anyone on the race course without an official bib will be asked to leave the premises without completing the race and your company will risk disqualification from the Lexus Corporate Run event.

You must wear the bib number assigned to you. In the event of an emergency, this is the only we can properly identify you as we have thousands of people participating in the event. Race numbers are also used to track your time using the timing chip on the back of the bib. Anyone using someone else’s bib will be immediately disqualified and risk their company’s disqualification from the Lexus Corporate Run event

Race Numbers are to worn on the FRONT of your torso and visible throughout the race. Make sure that you do not bend or wrinkle your bib to ensure proper timing. If you do not wear a race number, you and your company risk disqualification from the Lexus Corporate Run event.

Click on your city's name from the 'Event' drop-down on the top of Lexus Corporate Run website. Under ‘Quick Links’, you will find information on directions, parking, and road closures.

We strongly recommend car-pooling or public transportation on race day to avoid traffic and delays.

Results are sent to participants by email following the race. You may also view your results on your city’s event page on the Lexus Corporate Run website.

TeamFootWorks, a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation owns and operates the Lexus Corporate Run events. Revenues generated beyond expenses incurred by TeamFootWorks are donated to other not for profit entities.
